The eZV-440 VAV controller has a number of unique features. It merges the low cost and convenience of a configurable controller with the power and flexibility of a programmable controller. Each Input and Output is universal, allowing a diverse selection to cover practically any VAV controller needs. Possibly most interesting about this controller though, at least from our side in regard to cost-impact, is that the devices can be programmed with Near-Field-Communication (NFC) before they are powered up or even taken out of their shipping packaging. The eZV-440 comes with either a Belimo or Siemens actuator, and a differential pressure sensor built in, while the eZFC, also pictured above, is designed for fan coil control.

The eZNS-T100 network sensor offers building occupants an intuitive touch-interface to adjust individual comfort levels while tailoring to the needs of their specific market. Featuring a standard temperature sensor with humidity, CO2 and motion options, the eZNS also offers a choice of backlit colors to provide additional user feedback andesthetic appeal.
The eZNS is suitable for a wide range of sensing applications, from basic temperature monitoring, to indoor air quality and occupancy sensing. A customizable interface allows for intuitive user interaction. An available external input allows for additional zone monitoring such as window or door contact, temperature averaging or other dry contact sensor information. When paired with an application controller, the eZNS supports advanced control strategies such as demand control ventilation, energy savings based on occupancy and optimal user comfort.

Expressing your Sustainable Commitment
Have you decided to reduce your building’s energy consumption? If so, it is important for you to express that achievement to stakeholders, tenants, and clients. The Earthright™ Energy Dashboard from Delta Controls presents consumption vs. conservation data in a pleasant and user-friendly format, which can be displayed via the Internet or a dedicated onsite kiosk. Alongside actual data graphing your building’s consumption rate of water, energy, and natural gas, you can present historical comparisons or other green features of the facility.
You have made it a point to provide a more sustainable building, now you can demonstrate that commitment to others.

Building and Energy Data Analytic Software
You work hard to keep your building running well. But sometimes there’s just too much information and too little time. How can you possibly know if every piece of equipment is working at optimal efficiency all the time?
CopperTree is software that watches over your building for you. It identifies a change to your building automation system, assess its importance, and determines the most effective way to alert you. It constantly looks for inefficiencies and alerts you when equipment is about to fail. It’ll also tell you how you can save energy, by identifying ways to run your equipment more efficiently and effectively.
Have you, or someone you work with, ever changed a set point or overridden a piece of equipment ‘temporarily’ with full intention to change it back latter, but then forgotten? In the best cases this only leads to excess energy consumption and operating costs. In the worst cases the consequence is broken equipment. CopperTree watches out for you, reminding to change it back.
You’ll never have to worry about backing up your building automation system, or having it revert to an old obsolete database after a loss of power. CopperTree makes a backup of your entire system every day and stores it in a secure offsite location, so if you ever have trouble, you can always reset your equipment back to the way it was the day before.
CopperTree is compatible with your mobile device, so you don’t have to be sitting at a computer to know what your building’s doing, or when something needs attention. It will even alert you directly, through your mobile phone or email, when the most critical details must reach you as soon as they happen.
This is just the tip of the iceberg. At ATC we think CopperTree is one of the most exciting products on the building automation market. There’s nothing like it, and it will completely change the way you manage your building. Contact us today for a free consultation and to learn more.
